The newly formed companies distinguished themselves through their high level of management level expertise, and the adoption of best practices in all sectors and fields, bringing service and management quality up to global standards. As a result the Company’s position rose to 67th among Saudi Arabia’s top 100 companies. Mr. Bader Al Zahrani, having risen through the ranks as the company grew, became Operations Manager at ZOMC then General Manager at Al Mashriq Medical O&M, and was elevated to General Manager of the Zahran Group in 2003. Taking over the visionary objectives of his father, he continued to search for new and different ways to set the Group apart from other O&M companies – setting the stage for another stage of corporate transformation.
