« From a young age, Nashwa Taher’s father encouraged her to become involved in the family business, Al Taher Group. It’s how she acquired a passion for the real estate sector. While it came many years later, that experience inevitably led to Ms. Taher making history in 2005 when she became one of the first Saudi women to be elected as a board member of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where she then served as the chairwoman of the Commercial Committee and the Imports & Exports Procedures Committee.
