Al Soaib Law Firm has become a specialist in the field of commercial, corporate and investment law and has grown to become the second largest law firm in the Kingdom for company and branch registrations. The firm is very active across the region and I am in charge of restructuring the Al Subeaei group. As part of this we are setting up the first Shariah-compliant investment bank in Saudi Arabia – Jadwa Investment Bank. internationally having entered into a cooperation agreement with MENA Associates who have offices in Dubai, Cairo, Damascus, and Baghdad. In the Kingdom, Al Soaib is in close collaboration with a major UK firm of accountants. In 2007 they entered into a stra- tegic partnership with ARSA, one of the leading firms of Malaysia. Most recently, a cooperation was launched with the office of Dr. Alexander Nerz in Munich, which guarantees Al Soaib a permanent display in a prime location in Germany.
